Cadence OrCAD & Allegro release 16.6 is now available for download from the EMA Engineering Resource Center (ERC). OrCAD 16.6 will be provided free of charge to customers on active maintenance as of 10/15/2012.
IMPORTANT: OrCAD 16.6 requires a new license file to run. EMA will begin sending license updates to eligible customers starting December 2012. If you have not received your license file by December 31, or need to update sooner please send an update request to update@ema-eda.com

EMA announced the release of version 4.2 of the Circuitspace today. Version 4.2 provides users the ability to list suffix range definitions through board parameters dialog, define cluster keep position or define cluster reposition while crossprobing with the Allegro interface and select components by typical Allegro selection methods then request that CircuitSpace creates a cluster from those selected.
