	Component Information Portal™ (CIP) 4.0 Released EMA Design Automation announced the release of Component Information Portal™ (CIP) 4.0 today. This latest release integrates the Future Electronics online electronic components database with Cadence® OrCAD® Capture CIS. This gives CIP users simultaneous access to online data from Future Electronics, Digi-Key®, Newark®, and Premier Farnell® all directly within their engineering desktop. This saves engineers time and helps avoid errors common with collecting parametric data manually. Beyond distributor integration, CIP 4.0 adds several advanced component data management capabilities, providing users with a complete automated methodology to implement, populate, and manage their component part data. 	Cadence OrCAD 16.3 Released The Cadence OrCAD 16.3 release contains significant improvements in usability, performance, design flows, and scalability. With the goal of boosting tool performance and user productivity through new features and functionalities, every user of OrCAD technology will benefit from this release. This release will be provided without charge to all current OrCAD customers with active maintenance contracts as of November 30, 2009. 	EMA TimingDesigner 9.2 Released EMA Design Automation announced the release of TimingDesigner® 9.2 featuring a new interface to Cadence® Allegro® PCB Signal Integrity (SI) technology providing users with a complete SI and timing design environment. In addition to the Allegro PCB SI interface, this new version includes enhanced support for SDC generation, 65nm and below support for Altera® FPGAs, and a new interface to the Actel® Libero® development environment. 	Component Information Portal 3.0 Released EMA Design Automation announced the release of Component Information Portal™ (CIP) 3.0. This latest release integrates the Newark® online electronic components database with Cadence® OrCAD® Capture CIS. In addition to the Newark interface, CIP and CIP Enterprise version 3.0 adds a number of new features to help customers manage their engineering data and processes.
