  ERC Online Update Center  
 

This is the EMA Resource Center (ERC) Online Update Center. This site allows you to request the latest version of the Cadence® OrCAD® products.

Important Information:

  • All version 16.3 products will require a new license file
  • Updates will automatically be shipped to OrCAD customers; see below for details

EMA will be automatically shipping OrCAD 16.3 software updates to any customer with OrCAD products on maintenance as of November 30, 2009.

If you have not received your updated license file by January 31, 2010, submit your update request below.

The updates for the OrCAD products will be delivered via a downloadable Interim Software Release (ISR).

Customers with Cadence Allegro® products should contact EMA at 585-334-6001 option 4 (Sales) or e-mail info@ema-eda.com for information on how to update your products.

Instructions:

  • Complete step 1 and include your license file(s). If you have included a license file for each hostid you wish to update, you can simply choose "See Attached License File" in step 2.
  • Complete step 2 with product details ONLY if you can not locate your license file.

    Note: If you have too many products to enter into this format or do not find your products listed, it may be easier to call us to request your update at 585-334-6001 option 5 (Update/Technical Support) or send your request to update@ema-eda.com with as much detail about the products in question as possible (serial numbers or license files).

For all floating licensed products, please copy and paste the contents of your license file(s) here. Providing the content of your license file(s) will help EMA Technical Support staff process your order efficiently and ensure that your product updates get shipped quickly. (Not required to process your update request)

  Step Two

  Step Three  
  Click the "ADD CURRENT PRODUCT" button to add your product to the summary of products to be updated. If you wish to remove an item from the summary, simply click on the "REMOVE PRODUCT" button in the Summary Window.
